If you have a flat wall: Please measure the height and length of your wall from the end points and add them to the height and lenght section of the design you want.
If your wall is inclined from one or both sides or if there is a door / window gap on the wall, you will still need to take the measurement from the end points. The wallpaper will cut from necessary places during the application.
If you want the wallpaper you chose to be applied to two walls instead of one wall, it will be sufficient to take the measurements of both walls separately and order the sum m2 of the two to the lenght section. We recommend that you make sure that the ceiling height of both walls is the same when entering the height section, there may be differences of even 1-2 cm. In such a case, we recommend that you contact us before placing your order.
Please send us your measurements without rounding even 1 cm. It is important for us to know the exact size.
CROPS is not responsible for incorrect measurements. If you have a question mark before placing the order, we recommend that you contact us or someone who knows.
Wallpapers will be prepared and delivered to be 5 cm more than the width and height in order to leave a margin of error. The 4% share specified when calculating M2 has been added for waste share.
HOW DO I INSTALL / WHAT SHOULD I PAY ATTEENTION TO?

However, if you want to apply it yourself, please make sure that the surface to be applied is solid, light-colored, spotless, dry and smooth, and fill any cracks and roughness with plaster.
You can stick the papers to the surface after applying a special adhesive to the non-woven wallpapers with a roller on the prepared surface.
Before starting the application, lay the papers on the floor,put the patterns together and please make sure you start with the right one.
Stick the next paper immediately after the first paper, and on the wall make sure to smooth the paper with your trowel with the help of a laser and cut the seams on top of each other. You can continue in the same way and finish your application in this way.
CAN I REQUEST ANY CHANGES FOR A PATTERN I LIKE?
Yes, if you have a special request regarding a pattern you like, you can contact us. A service fee and timing will be offered to you at your request.
IN HOW MANY DAYS CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your delivery (within Turkey) will be made within 15 to 21 days from the day of order. If you have a situation that requires a shorter delivery time, please contact us.
For international deliveries please contact us.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE ISTANBUL?
Yes we do. We have both domestic and international shipping. All our deliveries within Turkey are free.
WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICIES?
As CROPS, we do not stock ready-made products. Since all of our wallpapers are specially prepared and produced according to the customer’s request and personal needs and based on the size entered during the order, it is not possible to cancel the order.
Orders go through serious quality control process before they are shipped, but we still recommend you to open and check the prints when you receive it. If there is a problem with printing, please contact us immediately. If you contact us within 2 days from the delivery date, you can send it back (return is only possible in case of a printing problem, otherwise order cancellation is not possible). In order to be able to send the papers back, they must be not applied and not damaged.
WHAT ARE OUR PAPER CHARACTERISTICS?
All of our papers are imported and Non-Woven material.
They are produced from 180 gr/m2 Metallic Non-Woven or 180 gr/m2 Plain Non-Woven material (both felt based) according to the requirement of the pattern.
NON-Woven material does not contain any PVC, vinyl material or heavy metals. It is non-toxic and does not emit harmful substances into the environment. It is suitable for general use and children’s rooms, including wet areas.
It can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
The HP Latex inks used are water-based and odorless, and are UL ECOLOGO®, UL GREENGUARD GOLD certified.
